CHEF NINA PARKER’S SAUCY CHILLI OILS

My favourite is the classic Chilli Oil, on ANYTHING (except maybe ice cream). The Peanut Salsa is deliciously spicy and yummy on Asian noodles especially. The Smoked pesto has less spice and as the Chef says, is particularly delicious with eggs - something I would never have thought to do.
