Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order and providing a tracking number for your courier.

PRINTS: All of our prints are made to order. It takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order for these to be dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your order, but if you change your mind, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.

As our products are made and prepared to order, we are unable to accept returns on personalised or custom items unless they are faulty.

Prints: All our frames are made to order in our commitment to sustainability, and so we are unable to accept returns or exchanges .

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

REFUNDS:

All refunds processed will go back onto the original use of payment and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Any duties and taxes incurred on international orders cannot be refunded.
