Once shipped, you will receive an email confirming dispatch of your order and providing a tracking number for your courier.

PRINTS: All of our prints are made to order. It takes 3-5 working days from receipt of your order for these to be dispatched.

EMBROIDERIES: All embroideries are made to order. It takes 5-10 working days from receipt of your order for these to be dispatched.

EMBROIDERED CUSHIONS: Also made to order. Once we've received your cushion it will take 10-14 working days for it to be embroidered and dispatched.

We are offering a personal embroidery service for the cushions that you already have! No need to buy a new cushion that you don't need, simply send us one from your collection and By Meloo will embroider a personal design on the cover for you.

We hope that you love your By Meloo purchase, but if you’re not perfectly satisfied with your items, we offer up to 28 days for you to arrange a return.

RETURN POLICY DETAILS:

All items should be returned new, unused, in the original packaging. Any items that are returned to us in a damaged or otherwise altered and less than perfect condition may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

REFUNDS:

All refunds processed will go back onto the original use of payment and may take up to 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer.

Any duties and taxes incurred on international orders cannot be refunded.
