1. Place an order on your website for an embroidered cushion, small, medium or large.

2. We'll be in touch regarding how we receive your cushion. If you'd like to contact us please do at hello@by-meloo.com

3. Once we've received your cushion we will let you know.

4. It will take 10-14 working days for it to be embroidered and dispatched and we email again once your beautifully hand embroidered cushion is on it's way back to you.
